Thin slices of white chocolate with natural vanilla and a hint of sea salt, sprinkled with crispy cocoa nibs. We use organic cocoa butter for this white chocolate, which we buy directly from the Conacado farmers' cooperative in the Dominican Republic. The white chocolate with crunchy cocoa nibs (roasted cocoa beans that have been shelled) is extremely tasty. The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship the Tres Hombres on wind power from the Caribbean, in about four months across the Atlantic, to the quay in Amsterdam. In our chocolate factory we make 'single origin' bio-chocolate using traditional methods, entirely on solar energy!
